Founded in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania to build real pathways toward stability, dignity, and second chances.

Personal Message

Our Story and Message from the Founder

Not everyone gets a second chance.

Some people spend years trying to get back on their feet while doors keep closing. A past mistake follows someone into every job interview. A veteran comes home to a world that moved on without them. A single mother works hard and still falls behind. One bad season turns into a damaged credit report that holds a family back for years.

I know this road because I have walked it. As a single mom, I had no one to pull me up. What I had was my determination, my faith, and my beliefs. Some days I let myself cry for five minutes. Then I gave myself a swift kick and went again.

Not everyone has someone in their corner on their hardest days. That is why this foundation exists.

I have spent my career caring for people. As a nurse, I learned to treat every person with patience and respect, no matter what brought them to me. As a business owner, I have seen how one real opportunity can change the direction of a family.

Rondas Legacy Path Foundation was built to be that second chance. We meet people where they are, treat them with dignity, and connect them with the support and resources they need to move forward.

A legacy is not only what we leave behind. It is the path we help others walk.

Our Mission

Rondas Legacy Path Foundation empowers single women, veterans, and individuals returning to the community after incarceration by connecting them with compassionate support, practical resources, and opportunities for long-term stability and independence.

Our Vision

A Lehigh Valley where every person, no matter their past, has a real path to stability, dignity, and a future they can build on.

What Guides Every Action

Our Core Values

These principles guide how we serve, listen, and build enduring bridges in our community.

Dignity

Every person is treated with respect, always.

Second Chances

Your past does not decide your future.

Compassion

We listen first and meet people where they are.

Integrity

We are honest, transparent, and accountable.

Empowerment

We build independence, not dependence.

Community

Lasting change happens when neighbors support neighbors.

Our Commitment to Dignity and Respect

At Rondas Legacy Path Foundation, every individual is welcomed with unconditional respect. We never treat participants as helpless or defined by hardship. Instead, we honor each person's resilience, autonomy, and lived experience, ensuring all interactions uphold self-esteem and foster confidence.

Whether someone needs emergency food referrals, a supportive voice during a difficult transition, or free guidance on reading a credit report, we walk beside them as partners in their progress.

Board of Directors

The foundation is guided by a dedicated volunteer board committed to our mission. Our leadership provides independent oversight, fiduciary governance, and strategic direction to ensure that every resource directly benefits neighbors throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Board governance inquiries and official communications may be directed to our administrative contact email.
